frankie croker.
Frankie is a holistic esthetician and herbalist, and the founder of Soma, a space rooted in nervous system support and intentional care.
Her work has always centered around helping people slow down and reconnect with their bodies. Over time, she began to see that what shows up in the skin is often connected to something deeper. Stress, tension and overstimulation don’t just affect how we look, they affect how we feel and how we move.
Kina was created as an extension of that understanding.
It’s a space where care goes beyond the treatment room and into the body through movement. A place designed to feel calm, supportive and approachable, especially for those who may not feel at home in traditional fitness spaces.
Her approach is simple.

Hi, I’m Zoie! My work in wellness is rooted in a genuine interest in how the body holds and processes experience. I’m especially drawn to practices like qi gong, breath work, and energy work, and I spend a lot of time exploring how these modalities support nervous system regulation and overall balance. In the studio, I aim to create a calm, welcoming environment to support all who seek to heal and grow through movement with us at Kina!
