Briana Murphy is a somatic yoga and progressive strength coach and the founder of In Stillness We Rise — a space devoted to helping women come back to their bodies with more honesty, safety, and self-trust. Rooted in nervous system regulation, her work blends restorative yoga, strength, and embodied awareness to support women in softening survival patterns and reconnecting to themselves in a sustainable way. A 200-hour certified yoga teacher, Briana’s approach lives at the intersection of strength and stillness — creating spaces where her community can exhale, feel, and return to themselves fully. Outside the studio, she’s a wife, mother, lover of music and the arts, and unapologetic horror movie enthusiast.
