about KINA

A movement studio rooted in intention, breath and nervous system support.

why KINA exists.

Kina was created as a response to something that felt missing. Most movement spaces focus on intensity. Faster, harder, more.

But not everyone needs that.

Some bodies need the opposite.

Slower movement. More awareness. Less pressure.

Kina is a space where movement supports your nervous system instead of overwhelming it. Where you can step away from the noise and reconnect with your body in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

what you’ll find here.

Kina offers Pilates, yoga and slow movement classes designed to be approachable and intentional.

Classes are small so you can feel supported, not lost in a room.

- The pace is controlled, not rushed.
- The focus is on how your body feels, not how it looks.
- You don’t need experience.
- You don’t need to be flexible.
- You don’t need to keep up.
- You just need to show up.

the founder | from skin to movement.

Kina was created by Frankie, a holistic esthetician and herbalist and the founder of Soma.

Her work has always centered around supporting the body in a more intentional way, especially through the nervous system.

Over time, it became clear that what shows up in the body doesn’t stay in one place.

Tension, stress and overstimulation don’t just affect the skin. They affect how we move, how we hold ourselves and how we feel day to day.

Movement became the natural extension of that work.

Kina is that extension.

A space where care goes beyond the treatment room and into the body through movement.
