Our Resident Guide program was created for aligned practitioners and facilitators looking to consistently host within the space while building connection, visibility and long-term growth.
Rather than operating as a traditional rental model, Resident Guides become part of the rhythm of the studio through recurring offerings that support the KINA community.

One reserved recurring class or experience each week.
$225/month
Two Weekly Recurring Placements
Two reserved recurring classes or experiences each week.
$425/month
All Resident Guide placements require a 3-month commitment.

scheduling + studio policies.
Resident Guide placements are recurring reserved time slots scheduled around KINA’s existing class programming and studio operations.
To maintain consistency within the studio:
- Resident Guide time slots remain consistent weekly
- All offerings must align with the atmosphere and philosophy of KINA
- Resident Guides operate independently and maintain their own liability insurance
- Resident Guides are responsible for their own booking and attendee management unless otherwise agreed upon
- Setup and reset of the space is required following each experience
- KINA reserves the right to adjust scheduling as the studio evolves and grows
